I agree that some of the wrestlers should be at every fanfest. I tried to come up with a list of twenty new ones but went over(board) when I added some of the guys that held belts in the area for a short time.
Here is a list of some of the guys we haven't see yet. The Avenger (Reggie Parks) Ox Baker Ron Bass Red Bastein Black Bart Matt Borne Denny Brown Bob Bruggers Jim Brunzell Porkchop Cash Dennis Condrey Tiger Conway Jr. Mike "The Judge" DuBois Kim Duk Carl Fergie Manny Fernandez Ric Flair Mr. Fuji Tatsumi Fujinami Terry Funk Hollywood Blonds (Jerry Brown & Buddy Roberts) Hector Guerrero (Lazer Tron) Sgt. Jacques Goulet (Rene Goulet) Superstar Billy Graham Stan Hansen Iron Sheik Abe Jacobs Rocky Johnson (Sweet Ebony Diamond) Kabuki Steve Keirn Sonny King Kelly Kiniski Rich Landrum Bugsy McGraw Danny Miller Angelo Mosca Angelo Mosca Jr. Blackjack Mulligan One Man Gang Paul Orndorff Bob Orton Jr. King Parsons Ken Patera Thunderbolt Patterson Roddy Piper Angelo Poffo Lanny Poffo Randy Poffo (Randy Savage) Baron Von Raschke Jake Roberts Dewey Robertson (Missing Link) Mike Rotundo Stu Schwartz Sandy Scott Sheepherders (Butch Miller & Luke Williams) Dick Slater Sgt. Slaughter Jimmy Snuka Roberto Soto Super Destroyer (Don Jardine) Kevin Sullivan Tenryu Nikolai Volkoff George Wells Mark Youngblood

I would like the following: Ric Flair Roddy Piper Superstar Billy Graham Bill Alphonzo Barry Darsow Dennis Condrey Jim Cornette Abdullah The Butcher Manny Fernandez Ron Simmons Arn Anderson Sgt. Slaughter Bill Dundee Matt Borne Lanny & Angelo Poffo The Funk Brothers (Terry Funk & Dory Funk Jr.) The Freebirds (Michael Hayes & Buddy Roberts) The Mulkeys (Randy & Bill) The Sheepherders (Butch Miller & Luke Williams) The Steiner Brothers (Rick & Scott) I know, I know it's more than 20 with the tag teams, but I couldn't just choose 20 guys. I would love Jake Roberts but I wouldn't blame Greg for not taking the chance in booking someone in Jake's condition. Scott

That is probably the best and most realistic list yet, except I would remove Sting (Sting would be AWESOME, just not realistic that would happen) and Luger (he sucks) and put in Von Raschke and Orndorff.... And got to put the Mulkeys in there too.

If I am gonna limit this to 20 then my wish list would be as follows. Also, this excludes Flair because that is as obvious as it is unlikely and we all understand all of that.
Jim Cornettte Barry Windham Blackjack Mulligan Arn Anderson Magnum T A Ricky Steamboat Abdullah The Butcher Ron Bass Ernie Ladd Bobby Heenan Terry Funk James J Dillon Brad Armstrong Terry Taylor Mike Rotundo Les Thatcher Bob Caudle Sir Oliver Humperdink Ivan Koloff Nick Bockwinkel
It is probably obvious that I have no trouble with repeated guests LOL. I understand where for some that might be a drawback but I am not in that category.

I'm not buying the repeat guest thing either. The reason I didn't make the trip was the date. I've always thought that Thanksgiving weekend date stunk. But with the Starrcade theme, I understand why it was chosen. With a different date this year, I will definately be in. Since I missed last year, I would love to see Harley Race and Jack Brisco back. (you have to have as many NWA champs as possible!). Plus The Baron, Snuka, Steamboat, Piper, Snuka, Valentine, Jones, Sting, Blanchard, Rhodes, all would be great. Would be willing to pay a premium for Flair as well. I would advise against a reduced guest list. Didn't we see how that worked out at the Fayetteville Fanfest?? Be very careful with that idea. People will only travel so far to see so little.

Gosh, if only THE CRUEL CONNECTION and / or THE GLADIATORS could be booked for FANFEST.
That would REALLY be a great thing.
Especially if both teams appeared at the same autograph session.

Okay after attending the last fest in Charlotte, here is some that i say would be helpful for the next event.
List: Ric Flair The Midnight Express (Eaton, Lane, and Condry) (Q and A Session) Jim Cornette (Q and A Session) Superstar Billy Graham Roddy Piper Tony Schavonie Barry Windham Paul Orndorff Blackjack Mulligan Abdullah The Butcher Sgt. Slaughter Bill Watts (Q and A Session) Jim Crockett Jr.(Q and A Session) Dustin Rhodes Sting Denny Brown Pez Whatley Road Warrior Animal Paul Ellering Stan Hansen Manny Fernandez The Barbarian Kevin Sullivan The Sheepherders Jimmy Snuka Dick Slater (If he is out of jail) Lex Luger Les Thatcher Barry Darsow Bill Alfonso Brad Armstrong Bob Armstrong Hector Guererro
Bring Back: Dusty Rhodes Tully Blanchard JJ Dillon Ole and Arn Anderson Harley Race Jimmy Valiant Magnum TA Ivan and Nikita Koloff Gary Hart Tommy Young Gene Ligon Sir Oliver Humperdink Baby Doll Bob Caudle Johnny Weaver David Crockett
I know that is more than 20 but I hope that along with these other prople I have helped contribute more to the decision.
I think Magnum and Dusty should also have a special Q and A session and if all the horsemen are in the house for this, it is a must for a Q and A with them.
Q and A's: The Horsemen (Hosted by Bob Caudle and Johnny Weaver) Magnum and Dusty (Hosted by David Crockett and Tony Schavonie) Jim Crockett Jr. and Bill Watts (Hosted by Bill Apter) The Midnight Express w/ Cornette (Hosted by Les Thatcher)
