FYI there is a Smackdown houseshow at 3pm in Newark, DE on Sunday @ 3pm. Not too far if you want to see some live wrestling.

i will pass on the smackdown house show, went to live smackdown taping recently and it was horrible for the most part.
Be going to my first ever live raw show on the 14th in charlottesville va, hoping to run into flair and get my nwa belt signed

I wonder if the bar in the hotel might show the ppv or if we can order it on the tv's in our rooms

I already checked into this a couple weeks ago and was told by the hotel that you can't order the PPV

Someone might try checking with the Hooters in Rockville. It's just up the street from the hotel.

yeah , tell them a whole mob of wrestling fans will come down there and eat tons of food if they order the ppv... here they only buy the wwe ones , but who knows it's worth a try.

i was told that here in greensboro (could be company wide, i don't know..) that they quit getting it because people would come in and sit for hours. the waitresses made little money with no revolving customers.

down here in wv the last times i had went hooters had actually started charging a 5.00 cover charge for the wrestling

You do know there's a SD taping and a live ECW show Tuesday after the fanfest?
Also, normally I'd be able to host for the TNA PPV but this time around I'll have other wrestling related concerns beyond the TNA PPV.
I'll probably just download it on Monday.
Also, I don't think Hooters broadcasts wrestling PPVs anymore. Guess you can call them and ask.

The Hooters in Rockville no longer shows any PPV's.

It would be cool if we could find a way of doing this. Last year a bunch of us participated in an infamous 'Canadian van' drive around Charlotte to find the near-mythical branch of Hooters that *might* be showing Summerslam. We got there just in time for the Michaels/Hogan match, which we watched from the porch. Hilarious stuff, just too much fun....

cant someone just order it in there hotel room?
to bad it suck that i cant make it to this year fanfest but i will be at next years one i cant wait. i am starting to save up right now
