I tried to book a room for 2 nights at the Double Tree today (7/5) online and it said there was nothing available.
Can I make reservations by phone, or is the hotel completely booked?

Geoff Apparently, on Friday and Saturday nights, the hotel is booked all of its rooms OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM BLOCK, which means if you call them and give them the LEF convention code, they will be able to look under the block of rooms they set aside for us and find you a room. Hope I didn't confuse you even more with that explanation. |

I just booked mine tonight, I know...procrastinating as usual, as you will see by my triple digit VIP number.  LOL! It is sold out, but the convention block still exists. That's gonna be one wild and packed hotel. |

yeah, it's a shame that suv's are only so big. between the 4 of us and luggage, we will be packed in.
