What were the results of the matches at Fanfest?
I heard a rumor that this was the last time the Rock-n-Roll Express were going to team. Does anyone know if this true?

Saturday night, in front of a crowd of about 400-500:
1) Chris Escobar b/ Brad Thomas -- solid opener 2) George South Jr. b/ Jason Jones 3) Brad Armstrong b/ Brad Anderson -- good matchup, but there was some rust as you could tell the two haven't wrestled each other all that often. But good old-school action. 4) Kid Kash b/ Timber the Lumberjack -- I was very impressed with Timber. We go back a ways, but he has improved since the last time I saw him perform. 5) Elix Skipper b/ Petey Williams -- Chris Sabin was a no-show. Elix suffered a "stinger" of some sort late in the bout, but still pulled through for the win. He was scheduled to have faced AJ Styles on Sunday night due to the win, but didn't due to the "stinger." I also heard that Sabin was originally booked to win, though I can't confirm that. Nevertheless, good action but a few too many blown spots between two guys who are used to working with each other. 6) NWA tag titles: The Naturals b/ America's Most Wanted -- Tremendous tag match. One heck of a spot off the corner with all four guys involved. 7) Rock n Roll Express b/ Midnight Express w/ Jim Cornette. Tommy Young as ref. -- Good match by these familiar foes. They did almost all of their typical spots, which the fans loved. A flashback to 1986, no doubt.
Sunday night, crowd of 125: 1) George South Jr. b/ Chris Escobar 2) Ladies title: Bambi b/ Peggy Lee Leather -- Good action here. The smacks were loud and left both ladies' chest red. 3) Brad Anderson b/ Stan Lee 4) AJ Styles b/ Shannon Moore -- AJ wrestled very valiantly considering the knee injury. He gave it all he had for 15 minutes before the rushed finish.

Who did Greg Valentine wrestle Sunday night? He was long advertised to wrestle... Not really sure what happened. I saw him wandering around the convention area Sunday night about 7:15pm, dragging his suitcase behind him looking kind of lost, but I assumed he was trying to find the "locker room" to get ready for the matches. Never made it to the ring.... Fred, Atl
