Were the Mulkeys at Fanfest? I remember the last time I saw them was on an episode of WWF Prime Time Wrestling. It was the Mulkeys vs. Greg Valentine and the Honky Tonk Man.
Did they actually have promos to sign?

They also did their first shoot interview ever over the weekend with Highspots.com that will be available with the Fanfest DVD we shot.

They were nice guys. I wish that Tony Hunter would bring them down to Spartanburg in November.

They were nice. I was talking to Randy about the bumps he used to take. I'd start describing a particular one, and he'd finish my thought.

It was the only time I ever saw them on WWF television. It wasn't Randy and Bill (at least that wasn't what the announcers called them) It was Randy or Bill and another Mulkey...
The announcers would call them Randy and Bob Mulkey or Bill and Bob Mulkey (I don't think the other's name was Bob, but you get the idea). I remember I recognized the one and had no idea who the other was.
It was when Prime Time Wrestling was in a studio and they just played matches from various arenas and house shows thoughout the coutry.

They called them Bill & Tony Mulkey apparently. Prime Time Wrestling - 2/12/90: Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart defeated Bill & Tony Mulkey Wrestling Challenge - 2/19/90: Greg Valentine & the Honkytonk Man (w/ Jimmy Hart) defeated Bill & Tony Mulkey at 2:30 when Honky pinned Bill with the Shake, Rattle, & Roll WWF Superstars 1/5/91: The Orient Express defeated the Mulkey Brothers Graham, you da man.
