After having some conversations w/ friends about the old school wrestling i searched for some on the net. I found the website and the info about the 05 fanfest and plan to attend. Just wanted to know if Flair was going to be there since its in his hometown.

He is still under contract to the WWE, soI am going out on a limb here and say no. But anything is possible in the wrestling business.

I wouldn't say that, I mean Arn Anderson was there in November and he is under WWE contract. If I'm not mistaken there is a PPV that Sunday in D.C. so it could be very possible for him to make a surprise visit during that weekend. I know I have seen things happen in wrestling I never thought I would see lol.

Yes, thats true. But Double A is a road agent. Ric Flair is on air talent. That is a different situation. Vince is the one who put the stop on earlier attempts to get the Nature Boy, thats why I said what I did.

WWE's contracted wrestlers can't book themselves for appearances, they have to be booked through the WWE and I understand WWE charges a pretty hefty fee to book their wrestlers. Anouncers and road agents can book themselves for shows and signings.
