Okay, forget Wrestling Buzz and whatever they're smoking. Forget anything they've previously posted here about bringing MX to fanfest. Here's the deal as it stands now.....
I am happy to announce that the original Midnight Express -- "Loverboy" Dennis Condrey and "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton have been added to our lineup of featured guests at this August's NWA Wrestling Legends Fanfest in Charlotte!
Condrey and Eaton will be signing free autographs on Saturday afternoon and taking photos with fans during one of our Polaroid Photo Sessions.
And, from what I've heard, the two will be bringing their wrestling gear and will most likely be taking part in our Saturday night wrestling card. Wow!

It will be great to see them again after I met them at thier Waynesboro, VA appearance last year. Hopefully they will be in better ring shape than they were when they lost to Rogers/Fulton (The Fantastics) as they didn't look very good at all.

I gotta disagree, we brought in Eaton for a show last year, Bobby was in great shape, worked a heck of a match, and was a genuine class-act all the way! He was awesome!

is the deal still the same with tony schiavone being brought in by wrestling buzz then? Wrestling buzz went up in smoke. I received an email last week that said they will not be making the trip to Charlotte. This is the second time I have been burned by a vendor that claimed to be bringing in talent, advertise their intentions, and then not follow through. I will make it a point in the future to not allow any vendor to advertise their intentions until their booth space has been confirmed. I apologize for the inconvenience, but I hope you guys will not hold this against me or fanfest. I have little control over outside vendors. My only control is to not allow them to setup at our events.

i recently did a show with the midnight xpress and they were excellent. denis took the time after the show to have a few pics with my 95 yr old grandfather who still believes its "real". i will never tell him different, lol. denis was a class act and he and bobby did great considering their age. what they dont have anymore they make up for with ringmanship and wreslting intelligence. it was great seeing them and the rock n roll xpress go at it one more time.

It would be a dream come true for both me and Stingmark to see it in Charlotte. We're hoping for it.
