While not part of the official package, it is definitely the Midnight Express for me. I cannot wait.
In truth, if Midnight and Rock N Roll were the only people at the event, I would be satisfued. ;D
Bret Hart is one of my all time favorites and I'm looking forward to seeing him.
Tracy Smothers is a guy I'm a fan of and have a lot of respect for and look forward to meeting.
Glad Ole will be back. Hump will surely be enjoying himself again, it's always great when you're around the wrestlers and you can see how much they enjoy it.

I will be getting my tickets real soon, and the name that was the deciding factor on whether I was attending or not was Baron Von Raschke. I've wanted to meet the Baron for a LONG TIME! I also really hope Ivan Koloff will be returning.  |

Another name, not mentioned so much on this board, is Ken Patera. He's scheduled for Charlotte. That's cool. I never had the chance to see Patera in person, but my first impressions of him was as Mid-Atlantic HC.

hey shannon, where did you see that tracy smothers will be at fanfest? i havent heard/seen any new listings yet Greg said he was going to announce more names either yesterday or today. I bet he'll put Smothers on the main site list when he does. |

I haven't bought my VIP ticket yet, but with the Baron, Jones, Superstar, Race and now Patera, its going to be awesome. Flair and Mulligian would make it complete.

Terry Funk, Stan Hansen, Tony Atlas, Mr. Wrestling II, Ox Baker, and Randy & Bill Mulkey have been added to the NWA Legends convention, scheduled for 8/19-8/21 at the University Hilton in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The new names join the already announced guests of Bret Hart, Ken Patera, Tracy Smothers, The Masked Superstar, Greg Valentine, Baron Von Raschke, Dory Funk Jr., Harley Race, Jack Brisco, Ole Anderson, Tully Blanchard, JJ Dillon, Paul Jones, Jimmy Snuka, Denny Brown, and Oliver Humperdink.
The weekend will feature a live wrestling event on Saturday evening with Q & A Sessions and signings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Terry Funk will be then subject of the Friday night Q & A Session. The convention is currently in negotiations to bring talent in from TNA to work the live event. The weekend will close with a two hour Bret Hart Q & A.
Seriously kicks self in ass for not buying tickets yet, I have been to all the others, but money has been tight, we wanted to go again, but this definitely seals it, holy crap that is awesome. I have wanted to meet Terry Funk forever. Is this true? Funk? Hansen? Baker? Patera? Hart? Baron? Smothers? That definitely makes up for repeated guests. Can't wait to see who is added next! But since we haven't gotten tickets yet, I am sure we are already way back in the line of VIP people. Oh well, suddenly I can not wait for August!!
Maybe I can finally get my pic with Mr. Wrestling II since it didn't happen at the last one he was at. He was my FAV growing up. ;D
