One thing you might try is to offer a special "pre-sale" to those that have purchased VIP tickets in the past. Good for the fans and also good for you for customer retention. Mabye a day or two ahead of the regular On-sale day. Great idea, Fred, and I will offer this to any previous VIP. Anyone that wants to purchase their VIP pass can email me now for details on how to make it happen. |

And by the way, the discounted room rate is good Thursday night, August 18 through Monday night, August 22 for anyone that may want to come in early and stay later. Thanks! |
