man, this is horrible. both of one of the best tag teams of the '90's are now gone at such a young age. Los Gringos Locos were so good. this is such a shame.

I heard it on the radio coming home about a hour ago. They are doing both a Raw and Smackdown taping tonight and Eddie was scheduled in a 3 way dance for the WWE title. Eddie was rumored to win the belt since Batista was injured last week and might need surgery. This is just awful news as he was a great talent my sympathy goes out to his family.

This is a very sad day. I was shocked when i heard about this. Wrestling has lost another great who had so much left to give to this sport, but was taken away so early. RIP.

OMG...I cant believe it. I know all the Guerreros..I had many matches in the 80's with Hector and Chavo,Sr. in Florida. Eddie was a great heel and face. He could play either role with no problem at all. God Bless the Guerrero family.....RIP Eddie.....Latino Heat

Eddie was a great wrestler. He will be missed tremendously. Another of Vince's casualties. It's a damn shame. Rest in Peace, Eddie. He better check with the other angels first to find out how God might react to his lying, cheating, & stealing.

I WOULDN'T CALL IT A CASUALITY OF WWE TILL THE AUTOPSY RESULTS COME IN. IT MAY HAVE BEEN HE WENT IN HIS SLEEP. THE GOOD LORD TAKES US WHENEVER HE WANTS, YOUNG OR OLD. IF DRUGS WERE INVOLVED, BLAMING WWE IS THE EASY THING TO DO, AND LORD KNOWS I HATE VINCE. BUT WWE DIDN'T SHOVE DRUGS DOWN ANYONES THROAT, WWE DIDN'T MAKE EDDIE TAKE PILLS. EDDIE WAS A GROWN MAN WHO MADE HIS OWN CHOICES, ALBEIT WORKING IN PAIN MAY NOT BE ONE OF HIS BEST CHOICES. OXYCOTIN AND DRUGS OF THAT ILK ARE CREATING JUNKIES EVERDAY. TODAY THOUGH, EDDIE AINT NO JUNKIE. TODAY EDDIE IS MISSED BY MILLIONS OF FANS. TODAY, EDDIE IS IN THE MAIN EVENT IN HEAVEN.

He was definitely one of the few with the WWE that was worth watching. It's a terrible loss all around. I also wanted to point out that Eddie has 3 children, just an FYI. It was tough watching the Raw tribute last night. Seeing guys like Chris Benoit, Big Show, and Batista crying and upset is very hard. He always seemed like such a nice guy, and he was a much more critical player than he was given credit for, I think. He was the "go to" guy. You need a great heel, Eddie could do it. You wanted a face that would make the crowd pop, he could do it. Other than the BS storyline with Mysterio earlier this year, he always had the best matches and stuff going on. It's a crying shame, that's for sure.

True no one makes you pop pills but if you're in the wrestling business and YOU want a job you will continue to do whatever it takes to keep working. But Eddie was clean and a friend of mine ...RIP Eddie
