I would say that Becker & Weaver.........Hawk & Hanson paved the way for all the other great tag teams that followed.

Even though it would've been obvious for me to choose Ivan and Nikita, I had to go with Dennis and Bobby. I just always loved watching those two in the ring. In my younger days I would've probably gone with The Road Warriors, but the older I get the more disdain I hold for squash matches, lol. And they were masters of that.

Was there tag team wrestling before Ole and Gene Anderson? Easy Bruiser and Crusher they were before Ole and Gene and were more feared in the wrestling world. |
