Undercard of Sting-Flair 1990
HARLEY RACE V.S TOMMY RICH! [Jim Ross' explaination of why Race was wearing his WWF KING trunks is priceless]
Not Rich's best run in the NWA for sure....Lossing to Race, Luger, then kicked the crap out of by Hansen

i'd say either of: sting vs flair from '90 midnight express vs southern boys '90 terry gordy-steve williams vs bary windham-dustin rhodes '92.
i realize they are all during WCW and not MACW, but to answer the question, i had to go after MACW died.

I'm surprised that no one has said Flair/Koloff from the '85 Bash in Charlotte. That was a classic. There were more than a few people in that stadium that thought Flair didn't have a chance. Who could forget the moron who decided it would be a good idea to run in the ring and attack Nikita?
A close second would have to be Mr. Electricity Steve Regal versus Denny Brown from the final Bash in 1986 - NOT!

Who could forget the moron who decided it would be a good idea to run in the ring and attack Nikita? It was Bobby Yates. He just doesn't think sometimes.

Wargames I in Atlanta hands down is the best single match. 86 I think was the best Bash tour overall because there was an ongoing series of matches that made it special.....Magnum/ Nikita, Garvin/ Blanchard, Jones/Valiant, Cornette/ Baby Doll, and Flair's string of title defenses

I liked Magnum/Koloff Greensboro '86. I never saw these two wrestle at a Bash (seeing as I never made it to one), but I loved the angle between them. Nikita was my favorite wrestler for a very long time, even when he was still a heel. But then Magnum was my favorite babyface at the time too, so having my fav's pitted against each other? Wow, that was awesome!! Sad that Magnum's career was cut short after his accident.

I'm surprised that no one has said Flair/Koloff from the '85 Bash in Charlotte. That was a classic. Another excellent angle pairing, IMO. Of course, after Nikita and Magnum, anything with the Four Horsemen was outstanding, plus the Legion of Doom. Man I miss those days.
