George Harben was the ring announcer for the show
from WBTV Charlotte.I think he also handled some of
the promotional duties in Lexington and Winston-Salem.
I remember reading that he was also a former wrestler
but that was before my time.
As for Lars Anderson,I am not sure.I believe the last
I heard of him he was living in Hawaii but that may not
be right.

Thanks for the info wjburgess64.I will check that out.
George Harben did an outstanding job as a ring
announcer.From time to time he would also fill in for
Wally Dusek on the WGHP8 High Point show with
Charlie Harville.
