Superworker, let's put together a list of all the wrestlers who stayed at the Days Inn in Charlotte back in the late 70's, early 80's. I'll start the list, but I'm sure you'll have to fill in most since you lived there. It'll probably read like a "Who's Who" list now!

Ray Stevens, Nick DeCarlo, George Wells, Jackie Crockett ( Jimmys Brother ), Jimmy Holiday, Rick Harris aka Black Bart, Ole at one point, Rowdy Roddy,Snuka, Bill White, David Pattterson,...I'll have to think a little more after all it's only been 25 plus years! But it was THE place to be for the wrestlers and the fans especially after Charlotte or G' Boro....It puts a big ole grin on my face. I could really tell some good stories out of there but I dont think they would let me put them on here!

Also, a lot of the wrestlers that had homes in Charlotte hung out at the Days Inn also like Wahoo, Ivan Koloff, Flair often stopped by, Greg Valentine, Swede Hansen, and lots of female fans.....Woooooooooo!
