I have a Darn near perfect copy of 1978 year in review shows from World Wide wrestling and Mid Atlantic championship wrestling. And I mean Darn near perfect No commercials. It has stuff like Flair attacking steamboat and rubbing steamers face in concreate, Steamboat Stripping down Flair down to underwear. The crowing of new world tag champs Paul Orndorff & Jim Snuka Blackjack Mulligan vs Crushr Blackwell Paul Jones turns on Ricky Steamboat during the battle Royal Baron Von Rascke vs Johnny Weaver in claw vs sleaper hold challenge Tony Atlas and Ken Patera squaring off to see just who is the strongest man. Interviews with current Mid Atlantic Tag Champ Big John STudd, Current US champ Ric Flair, current Tv Champ Paul Jones, Greg The Hammer Valantine & Baron Von Raschke who has just lost world tag titles to Snuka and Orndorff, Von Rascke is suspended by the NWa for 30 days for abusing the referee. Ric Steamboat and much much more.....MACW is hosted bob caudile and David Crockett and World Wide is hosted by Rich Landrum and Johnny Weaver The video is just incredible and the audio is just as good there are a few spots where you get a 2 or 3 second glitch probably where commercials were cut out but only a few and probably do not total more than 10 to 12 seconds otherwise a PERFECT 28 year old video. Is this rare do i have a goldmine here or is this pretty common. I figure the battle royal where flair steamboat and Paul jones are the final 3 and Jones turns on steamboat makes it worth something. I picked it up at my local flea market and it was the only 1 he had . he said he had it for a number of years. Any info from you experts would be great ly appreicated. Thanks

what you have is a copy of what our fellow poster here, greatbologuy, found last year. he found the orignal tape he recorded back then. he got up with some friends and got it transferred to DVD. it got traded around. alot of us have it now. you do have a gem. but it is out there. if that guy told you he had for a few years, he lied. but at least you have it now. that's all that matters. cherish your old JCP stuff. oh, and show it to somebody that thinks what's on tv now is so great. educate 'em.

thanks guys Why cant people just be honest. I wish i had the dvd version of it. he probably had tons of copies and lied about that as well but like you said at least i have it. You had a good point about showing people who think todays stuff is so awsome but the fact is I dont anyone around here my age that even watches todays product oh sure i go by it now and again hoping to Ric flair . Back in say 1981or 82 when i had a big dish i was watching 30 hours of regional wrestlig per week and noww i am lucky to watch even 5 hours in the last 3 years. Well it was a treasure. Does anyone know if there are other videos from this era with audio?? I know there are many out there with just video and crowd noice but as bad as crockett was he adds to the show. He and caudile landrum and weaver are all great. i would love to find some 1977 stuff with audio if any knows of anything please let me know

yeah, 'bolo found his tape back in the spring of last year, just after "the final conflict" DVD set was released. that was the 3/12/83 greensboro show, BTW. once jim nelson's set came out, don kernodle's version with the complete main event match. nelson's missing 12 seconds were intact. i got them real quick. next thing, everybody quits selling them due to a scare form mcmahonland and his so-called properties.... they are out there. oh, it's the entire show except for the 60min. draw between flair-valentine. and nelson's version had "the road to greensboro" dvd with it that featured the angles leading up to the main event. if you can snag those, grab them. you won't be dissappointed.
