Relistic Guest list and ideas for Aug 07

As a fellow Convention promoter I have seen the trends in this business for the last 10 years. Greg does a great job putting these together. I have 5 fanfests under my belt with another being planned shortly so I would love to give my imput.

first you need to make a list of people who havent done one of gregs fanfests in the past in charlotte and have at least 1/2 new faces.

A sure sellout hit obviously would be an original 4 horseman reunion this was done in NJ in 1998 and beleive it or not it did not draw well!!

so here is a partial list.

I would definitely make the trip from up here in Canada to Charlotte if Flair, Mulligan and Mosca were there...I'd love to meet those three!

Very good idea.....but even still, doesn't guarantee those folks who havent attended will go.

Kind of a contradiction in statement? I feel, it COULD and WOULD work if: they brought in: Luger and Barry too, as MOST fans from 85-90 know of these two members being Horsemen as well.

He's done well @ FF/Events such as them in the last year or so, Ive heard of great experiences w.Jake lately, and I really think he can do this and will show IF he's asked to. Ive PLEADED with Greg for 2+ yrs to get Jake, he says he's a good guy, and if Greg says it, It's true. Plus, they have a good friendship, so he'd do it for Greg I think.

Barry Windham

Another "Iffy". He no showed for Greg 2 years ago, and I dont know if things have gotten any better between BW and Greg? it sure would be nice to have Big Barry there.
