They need to keep the 8x10's and come up with a cool back drop , also keep the Q&A's but don't have so many. come up with something new like play by play with a legend and put it on DVD so we can take it home with us. We need to have wrestling matches with old school and new school wrestlers. I do think we need new legends with a mix of some of the best of the best that have made the last few fanfest cool and fun. I would pay $130.00 for any 30 on this list , 2 Q&A's and the play by play DVD. I would pay $150.00 for all of that and a Wrestling show.
Terry Funk Ted DiBiase Arn Anderson George Steele Road Warrior Animal Paul Ellering Don Muraco Jimmy Hart Vader Barry Windham Mike Rotunda J.J. Dillon Tully Blanchard Roddy Piper Michael Hayes Bob Orton Jr. Randy Savage Jesse Ventura Ken Patera Haku Warlord Barbarian Pedro Morales Mr. Fuji Iron Sheik Butch Reed Ron Simmons Baron Von Raschke Vern Gagne Ronnie Garvin Scott Hall Kevin Sullivan Ron Bass Nikita Koloff Barry Darsow Jimmy Garvin Bob Backlund Blackjack Mulligan Hillbilly Jim The Masked Superstar Jack Brisco Lex Luger One Man Gang Slick Greg Valentine
It would be the best if you could get Ric Flair and Macho Man & Sting!!!

Greg Price needs to find one of those old Mat Mania arcade games and hook it up in the hotel. That would rock. Here is who I would like to see at the 2007 Charlotte Fanfest that I haven't met before....
Nikita Koloff Ronnie Garvin Jimmy Garvin Ricky Steamboat Steiner Brothers Sting Woman Scott Hall & Kevin Nash

Wow! I haven't had a chance to give you guys my perspective from the last fanfest weekend, and here we are already talking about next August!
Have at it. I'm certainly not trying to discourage you guys talking about it. (I'm already looking forward to it, too!) But I do want everyone to know that it will likely be April before we begin to announce names of our featured guests. With that said, and as always, I enjoy your input, comments and criticisms.
Also a quick reminder, tickets for next August's Charlotte fanfest go on sale this Friday morning at NWALegends.com. The VIP All Access Pass will be $149 which, in addition to all the normal incentives, will also include a free t-shirt and a reserved Ringside seat for Saturday night's wrestling matches.
The 2007 Charlotte fanfest will be three FULL days, beginning on Friday morning, August 10. There will be at least two Q&As (likely on Friday evening,) and live wrestling matches on Saturday evening.

However, the above worries me as I would like to know names before booking and I am sure you can appreciate that if someone is coming from so far away. I would hate to book tickets and not see major names I was interested in unless I had the option of a refund. That would encourage me to book as I would hate to wait and see a loaded guest list but be number 600 in the ticket system!!!

I can certainly understand your point of view, bestman, but this is another case for me of "damned if you do, damned if you don't." You're certainly entitled to do what's best for you in your particular case, but I also have folks that want to buy tickets now (for reasons they can explain better than I.) Thanks, Greg

Hey Greg,
I completely understand and glad you can also see my point too.
I know you will deliver but obviously coming all this way you never know what is around the corner. For example I just never expected the costs of a flight to come to Washingtom would be that of a half decent used car!!!
Maybe I will just bite the bullet and grab my ticket - the prices of attending are very reasonable and as mentioned I don't want to be number 600 in line.
Thanks for coming back to me.

hey, if you come, you get to meet great people like me ;D seriously, hope you can come. my friend that came found a better deal by flying into newark and taking a train to washington for this last fanfest. charlotte is one of the more expensive places to fly into. maybe you can find a better deal like he did by checking out other options like arrival cities, trains, and such. he saved, i think he said close to $100 by doing it that way.

Someone else suggested that to me but it was a little too late when they did. I will be thinking about that in future. Thanks for the tip on Charlotte too as I will start looking for flights sooner rather than later.
I would love to meet everyone and be a part of one of these shows.
