Mr Eadie,
Regarding your appearance at the Legends of the Ring show in NJ this spring, what are your feelings about appearing at the same show with Barry Darsow? Who owns the rights to Demolition? If it's you, will Barry be allowed to sign as Smash?

I believe the Demolition name is a dispute between Eadie and WWE.
HOWEVER,
Anyone is allowed to sign as anything. Regardless who owns Demolition there's nothing anyone can do if Barry signs as Smash.
For example can WWE do anything if Lisa or Nora sign things as Ivory or Molly Holly? There's simply no case for a lawsuit. Now if they promoted themselves as Ivory or Molly Holly the WWE would put a stop to it.
To take things further, can WWE sue me if I sign Undertaker figures as "Undertaker"? I can scribble anything I want on these figures including "Undertaker". Granted that's fraud on my part but that's for another legal entity.

Won't get into specifics of ownership. I was asked by the various promoters to appear and they mentioned Barry as well. I am not upset. I realize that many fans wish to have the new figures signed and this will be an opportunity to get more signatures at the same event. I will certainlly remain civil but that doesn't mean I have to go out for drinks or dinner either.
