Mr. Superstar,
I was wondering it you would be able to describe your time in the IWA?
I know very little about this promotion and was surprised when I saw that you competed for Einhorn.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

It was during my early days as one of the Mongols. It was a good experience for growth. Too bad it didn't last. Had the wrong people running it and trying to line their pockets and not paying atention to long run.
All in all I enjoyed it . Was beginning of long career I guess.
Good lessons learned!!!!

Superstar: I got a very good question for you regarding "Bolo Mongol" as I doubt you will mention this in your book... You went the extra mile of sporting that haircut and moustache. Were you and your fellow Mongol partner paid slightly more than other wrestlers at that time for that? I know you said you have fond memories of those days, but I figure the haircut alone is something you don't miss.

No we didn't get paid for the hair style. Some wrestlers thru the years have negotiated payoff for hair matches(especally if the lose their hair). I basically had to accept the hair style since I was a replacement partner. It was difficult at times but as they say, "You have to do what you have to do!!" Would I do it now or again?NO

Another great photo of the Mongols, with the IWA tag titles on the IWA television set.
