Mr. Eadie,
When I was a teenager, I recall that Super Destroyer had his mask removed and that a picture of him was displayed on Mid-Atlantic Wrestling. I later read in a shoot interview that Super D was very upset with that, but looking back I recall that really made a difference in the believability his many fueds.
Have you ever been asked to do anything similar to that in your career all in the name of kayfabe?
Thanks!

Not that I recall. I did make the promise to remove the mask if Paul Jones and I won the World tag titles. I did it but I don't believe any photos showed up. I made a promise to the fans and felt obligated to to it. I was told not to but I felt I should follow thru.
In the case your speaking of perhaps it was done as spite ON PART OF THE PROMOTION OR A CERTAIN INDIVIDUAL IN THE PROMOTUION, I DON'T KNOW. I know that he is well respected in the wrestling business. When a promoter does something like that they often find it backfires. From what I recall it didn't hurt him in the fans eyes.
