Okay, guys, I need some help.
I'm having moisture trouble with a digital video camera. This isn't something new. I've had it happen several times over the past couple years but it has gotten to be more of a hassle.
What I'm looking for is one or more of those little packets that come packed in new electronic items; sometimes it looks like a packet of sugar or salt. That's supposed to absorb any moisture.
I don't know if you can go to a store and buy these things. I haven't been able to find them. If anyone knows, any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Greg

Hi Greg: I think you are looking for silica gel. I don't think you can buy it at many places, but anywhere that throws away packaging will have it in the trash. I know that moisture problems with paper curling up can be fixed by placing a packet of rice in the container. We keep rice in the paper holder where I work and it really helps.
