Hey,
I was just wondering what 5 or 6 matches people on this board would like to see and consider it "good wrestling"

well, he never clarified exactly what he was looking for. If he was referring to stuff that had never taken place he should have specified that up front.

Sorry, maybe I should have specified a little more. With today's wrestling scene, what are 5 or 6 matches that would entice you all to consider checking out a "lowly indy show?"

oh, a "lowly indy show".. first off, the card does not really entice me. it does and it does not. i know a lot of the local guys around here, so i go to support them. or to support the guy promoting it. now, if you wanna talk about "legends"...nobody really. i have done seen all the legends a zillion times,. and most are not worthy of the term legend. i saw the RnRx vs MX a zillion times 20 years ago, i sure don't want to see it again. dusty rhodes does the same match now he did 20 years ago...throw a punch, bleed, comeback, and pin the guy. whoopie. and i can't stand him. guess my answer is irrelevant. sorry.

yes , MXS and RNR and Ivan are at every single show I go to. I thought you meant what is a dream card or who is good together , sorry.

i believe that overexposure has killed off alot of the nostalgia here in NC. the same "legends" are on just about every show being promoted now for about 3 years now. the novelty has worn off, i think, at least for the most used talent.

for me, it's the legends matches that would draw me. RNRX-MX and Dusty-Tully may not appeal to some, but as someone who didn't grow up seeing it live, it's something I'd like.

that's why i specified "here in NC". as you are from MO, your availability to have seen these legends ise not as broad as us here in NC. plus the difference in our ages is against you. you may not have been old enough when they were in their prime, i think.
