Just one match that was the best to you, for whatever reason.
For me it was Ric Flair vs. Ricky Steamboat 2 out of 3 falls in New Orleans April 1989. It was at a time when wrestling was changing so much, yet these two gave what I feel is the last great wrestling match, and a throwback to the Brisco/Funk matches. Nevermind any match between Flair and Steamboat was a classic, but to me this match was a masterpiece.

1/4/91 tokyo...bull nakano beat akira hokuto. it was incredible on tape, but live, i can't describe it. you had to have been there..
as for MACW, i'd say it was the 60 minute draw between flair and steamboat on 3/17/84 in greensboro.

I would have to say the 1991 SummerSlam match between Bret Hart and Curt Hennig.

Manami Toyota and Toshiyo Yamada vs Dynamite Kansai and Mayumi Ozaki from All Japan Women's Dream Rush 1992. I just saw this a year or two ago and it blew me away.
For a long time, my pick was Flair vs Steamer from New Orleans 2/3 falls.

The best i saw live (well, on TV live) was Steamboat Savage WM3. I've seen some of the others that were mentioned here, but thats after they were recommended to me.

Steamboat vs. Flair (Wrestlewar '89). And I will say that with just considering the match itself and leaving out the post-match beating Terry Funk gave Flair.
