Bam Bam Bigelow was arrested Monday when he appeared in court to contest a traffic citation related to a motorcycle wreck last year. When he appeared in court he was arrested on outstanding warrants also related to the wreck. Bigelow was handcuffed and taken from the court room and charged with DUI, DUI with property damage, DUI with serious bodily injury, having no motorcycle license and driving with a suspended license. DUI with serious bodily injury is a third degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison.
Bond was set at $5,000 and a return court date was set for September 5.
