in the early '80's. stu schwartz went to florida and bill alfonzo came to MACW. they switched up on us temporarily. anybody know why?

Don't know why. Just wanted to say that Stu was a great ref. Met him a couple of times and he was really kind. Whatever happened to him.

i don't know. i liked him too. he was a really good one to have in the ring. unlike so many of the indy refs i have seen over the years, stu looked the part.

Stu lives in Florida. May have something to do with that, or at least at that time.

Tommy Young has told me that Stu was pushed out of the area in 1984 by Dusty, when "the Dream" came to town.

Dusty brought Alphonso with him from Tampa so Stu had to go.. typical Dusty!!
