Alright, this was my first ever FanFest and I've got to tell everybody right now I had a ball. When me and my dad got there on Friday, THE first wrestler I met with was Virgil as he was coming in, we shook hands, asked me how I was, tellin him I was doing good, and he really didn't bother me the whole weekend.
I really met a lot of smart wrestling fans, like myself, but of all of them that I met, my favorite was this little girl, she was 9 years old from Yonkers, New York and she came with her dad, and we had a good 20 minute conversation about wrestling. And if her dad is reading this, I just wanted to tell you that you have a very smart daughter, I enjoyed talking about wrestling and she's going to make some guy very lucky someday. Of course I made some new friends there, Shane was the first person I met and we got along really good. He is from Michigan and I hope you made it back home safe. Lou, my man, you are awesome, loved hanging out with you and talking about wrestling, my dad was very impressed with how I was able to stay in a conversation with you about wrestling. If you had gone to 3 Brothers the night before, we would've had a ball, lol. Ben, Karen, Jessica, and everybody else, I'm sorry if I forgot your names, we had a good time on Saturday night at the Hart Foundation Q & A session. Would like to meet y'all again soon.
I did get some pictures taken but I can't put them up right now cause I'm waiting for something to come and put it in the computer then I'll post it up. Finally, the Q & A sessions. I went to three of them, and the one with Jim Cornette & Bobby Heenan was the best ever. For those of you who are curious, I'm the one who asked them about the best wrestlers never to be World champion. But all in all I had a ball.
Greg Price, I know you were busy all weekend, but I just wanted to tell you thank you for bringing this to my area. We never really get something like this, and please PLEASE tell me you are all coming back real soon!!!
