Just wondering how these went, this was one thing I really enjoyed last yr. Esp. wondering about the BRET/ANVIL one...Bret's was really nice last yr. but I was surprised to see that he is sort of quiet & soft-spoken, so I was wondering how it was with Jim by his side..Jim doesn't seem the quiet type...& we all know that Jim Cornette isn't shy, lol...neither was Terry Funk, he had me lmao.

Hm, I know Chris Cruise must have had a hard time keeping up with everyone, but he skipped over me time after time during The Hart Foundation Q&A. In regard to that session, lots of bad questions were asked.
The Masked Superstar session went better than I thought it would.
Cornette & Heenan's should be released in the comedy section at Blockbuster.
I didn't stay for the Midnight Express. My friend and I were really tired.

...but Cruise should be given credit. He has a better "entertainment" voice than you see in the mainstream these days such as Taz, Cole, and even JR.

In regard to that session, lots of bad questions were asked. Agreed. If you've seen Bret's DVD and you were at last year's Q&A, no new ground was broken. I really wanted to ask them ("them," as in both members and not just Bret) what was up with their dropping the tag belts to the Rougeaus in Montreal back in 87. I was also skipped over, despite my moving down a few seats so I could try to catch Cruise in the middle of the aisles. But I don't blame him for that. At least Nulty wasn't hosting a second time.

Everyone who attended (I couldn't) had a favorite Jim Cornette moment. I have to have that session on dvd. Thats mostly what I heard on Saturday "We're you at Cornette and Heenan's session last. ::insert line by either here:: Everyone lost it!!!"
I gotta start doing these things a bit more planned out.

I was also skipped over, despite my moving down a few seats so I could try to catch Cruise in the middle of the aisles. But I don't blame him for that. At least Nulty wasn't hosting a second time. There was this one guy there that got to ask a question. I had spoken with him a bit before, and saw that he was standing with Cruise. I just kind of thought to myself, "Oh, Christ..." His question involved Bret wrestling Angle, and if he'd ever manage anyone. Then there was that Jim Ross question. I enjoyed Bret's story about Owen, and I actually wasn't sure what he thought of Earl Hebner these days, so that was something for me. My friend that follows Bret more than I do said he really didn't learn any new information, either. This might be dumb, but I wanted to ask Bret (and Jim) about how they've dealt with so much tragedy in such a short time. Bret's had the following happen (pardon me if these are out of order) 1. Montreal 2. Owen's death 3. Pillman's death 4. Career ended by Goldberg 5. Bulldog's death 6. Death of parents 7. Stroke 8. Divorce 9. Deaths of superstars outside the family he was somewhat close to such as Tenta, Hennig, and so forth I just don't know how anyone could deal with that. I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but I know some fans at the Fanfest have some health issues. I thought that some insight coming from someone like Bret would be meaningful to all these people, including myself. I have nothing to be down about, but sometimes I'm just down. Hearing Bret put a perspective on how he deals with things could have helped so many. ...but we got to listen to what he thinks of Jim Ross, and so forth. I did ask Anvil in the autograph line. He basically said there's not much you can do about it.

Cornette is phenomenal. He was a real treat. What an amazingly nice guy. I got him to sign a picture of him and Owen (holding a Slammy). I cherish it.

I didn't stay for the Midnight Express. My friend and I were really tired. The Midnights Q&A was worth the $109 alone. It truly made me realize why I love wrestling. -J\/\/

The Masked Superstar one was a really good and informative one! I really liked it alot!
Heenan and Cornette-I never laughed so hard in my life! Just hilarity from begining to end! The way they played off each other and the crowd was fantastic!
Hart Foundation-Was ok but nothing really too exciting to talk about!
Cornette/Condrey/Lane/Eaton and Pritchard-Almost as good as Heeenan/Cornette! This one made me laugh so much that my head was aching! And Condrey's story about Phil Hickerson nearly brought the house down! A sick yet hilarious story involving Tojo Yammamoto!
These really made the price for the ticket well worth it!

Don't forget Stan Lane's Curt Henning story - They started the Q & A off by just telling about some ribs which was awesome.

The Q and A's went very well. I was surprised at how good the Midnights/Bodies one was. I wasn't going to stay long for that one, but I did and I'm glad.
One thing though. I just never understood what Bret has/had against Jim Ross, or Pat Patterson. Hell, I didn't even know.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Hart Foundation one and actually thought it was the highlight of the weekend. There wasn't nearly as much about Montreal as I had feared, and they did talk about some interesting stuff. I would have liked to have heard more from Neidhart though as he barely spoke more than Eaton, and I'm not even a Neidhart fan.
The ones involving Cornette were lots of fun but I guess I've seen enough of them that I knew what to expect, but the Harts I didn't know what to expect & it delivered. As for the Superstar one, I missed almost half of it, but it was a lot more interesting than I expected albeit a little dry. I was a bit surprised how comfortable he was talking about so much in so much detail.
For those looking to possibly buy these from Highspots, I'd recommend the 2 Saturday ones if you're looking to buy any.

I didn't get to go but I think it would have been nice to hear some of the Hart Foundations stories from the road like the one Bret told on the HOF Wrestlemania dvd. I am surprised to hear that more people didn't ask them about their adventures together.

One thing though. I just never understood what Bret has/had against Jim Ross, or Pat Patterson. Hell, I didn't even know. Could someone please tell me what Bret had to say about Ross and Patterson? Also if you have time, a brief run down of what Bret and Neidhart had to say in their Q&A, any highlights? Thank you, you guys must have had a blast.
