That sounds like Tony. At the first Fanfest he asked a friend of mine to marry him. I had a blast as well. Meeting the talent is great in of itself but I really enjoyed hanging out with old friends again.

Hey Greg,
Thanks for a great weekend. This was my first time going to an event like this. I will never forget it. Can't wait till next year. Please keep us posted for the next one.
I was a little disappointed not being able to get Bret Hart's autograph, but all in all still had a great time.

"I guess what confuses me is how something so organized Saturday was became so unorganized Sunday."
At least part of the problem was that the first two guests on Sunday (Ernie and Rocky) kept talking to each other instead of signing stuff.
I was right against the rail trying to get some good pictures and I wondered why it was so much easier shooting through the people today than Sat...the reason was because there was such a gap between Rocky and Ernie and everyone else.
I'm convinced that that is why they switched the flow of the line to starting with Ivan Koloff. They were trying to get the line to move faster....Just my opinion.

I think I had a pretty good and objective view of what Greg did to get this thing running, and I think he did a terrific job. When problems arose, as they always do, he did the best he could "on the fly" to fix it. I wrote my piece for SLAM! that'll be up sometime ... I think very few realize how much of a problem the air travel presented for Greg and the wrestlers; that was a major, major hurdle to overcome and it may well change the way these things are approached in the future.

I look forward to your article. Please post when they put it up. I did not go this time, but am always amazedat the job they do. I have done a few events for community & church groups that lasted a few hours and you would not believe how tough that can be, let alone 3 days and dealing with up to 30 wrestlers. I look forward to more people's experiences and opinions getting posted.

Thanks Greg!! Just wanted to post to say what a fun weekend it was. Yes, there were some glitches and some minor chaos here and there but overall it was a great weekend and a stellar lineup of superstars that I have not seen the likes of in a long time. I'm in the process of writing my recap for my site and it should be up later tonight.

Many thanks to Greg from here as well, as I did not get to see him before leaving town yesterday. These things are typically the most professionally run & organized events of their type, and Saturday actually exceeded the standard set. The organization of the signings on Sat. was amazing how well it worked with calling 20 #s at a time. It also improved the flow of people by our vendor table.
I'm not totally sure what happened on Sunday, but I know some of the older guests were slow to sign things and supposedly people were sneaking back in line since there were no chairs to wait in like on Saturday. Regardless, I think the best was made of the situation as everyone finally got thru even though the 3 hr session turned into 5.5 hours. As far as Bret & Sherri leaving early, you can hardly blame them as I'm sure no one anticipated a noon-3 autograph session lasting past 5.
Overall a small complaint, Greg delivered once again and I hope the weekend was a success for him despite the disappointments of guys not appearing and/or having to leave early.
Thanks once again, Greg.

If I could make one request I would recommend a better or increased selection process with the "security" at the autograph section. Using one or two indy wrestler in a crowd of 2 to 3 hundred just isn't that helpful. Especially when the pony tail guy spend a good quality on Sunday with people of the female persuasion. I didn't know that Sherri left early as well. I know she seeems extremely hyper and figgidy around 4 but I thought she just had to go to the bathroom. ;D
