hammerva..yes i was in line near the top of the order(numbe 37) so i missed out on the Bret deal? what happened? if you rather not say here, just pm me ! Thanks!
Basically what happened was that Bret had to leave for a flight at 5:00 and well by the time 3:00 hit I think they were around 160 on the numbers. So around 3:30 after about 4 or 5 times going back i just noticed that basically everyone who matter what the number was in line (which seemed to be a trend from my view). So I got in this line near Mayfield's booth. By the time I just within guardrails, he left to get his flight. At around 4:00 the autograph section was this snake like trail about 3 or 4 turns long. After standing about a half hour near the rail I just got tired of waiting and left. Maybe if I would have stayed another hour it would have been fine but I was just at the end of my patience and left.
I guess what confuses me is how something so organized Saturday was became so unorganized Sunday. I guess they didn't expect the swarm that happened. don't blame Bret for this and I really don't blame Greg that much for it. If I blame anyone is was these little walking Wal Mart stores with there 5 to 10 action figures. I am convinced that the 2 at a time rule was being broken rather liberally that day

Bret eventually just began signing his name to everything. He was speeding through it all, yet was able to talk to some fans at the start. I didn't hear an announcement saying he was moved to another table. Would have been cool to have a "To: Crig," on there, but poo poo happens. It would also be nice to include schedules of the events with the program.
...and was anyone else constantly harrassed by Virgil to purchase $20 pictures? lol
I had fun but I just think I was too tired from the weekend and then finding out that I wasn't going to get an autograph from Bret kind of soured a little. Probably shouldn't have but oh well.
I think if I ever go to these again I will either spend the money on a hotel room (even though I am 35 minutes away) or bring a portable dVD player with me. The waiting game can be really tiring sometimes.
Virgil $20.00 LOL I would not give him .20 for a autograph!
He would not quit. I could have had some meaningful conversations with Bundy had it not been for Virgil. Virgil kept harrassing my friend Karen, too. He'd sneak up behind her and touch her sides and such. Ah, the price one pays for being pretty.
