hey guys-
rookie fanfester here; leaving the wife home for the weekend, coming down solo and really psyched for fanfest
any veterans have any advice for how to get through the weekend? i bought the vip ticket and the photo op for all guests (that combo package); thats basically 2 phot ops per hour, along with the signature panels of 10 wrestlers at 11:00am and then at 3:00 pm; along with trying to check out the merchandise tables and getting poloroids/autographs with buddy roberts, bundy and zybscko- it actually seems pretty overwhelming; is it possible to get all of this done?
as far as outside talent coming in, in past events, what were their lines like? (obviously impossible to predict) but is it pretty calm by them or more madhouse-like?
also, i'm gonna need color 8x10s for all wrestlers to sign and will buy them from the fanfest- how does that work? is there a separate booth for that or do we just buy them when we go up for the signatures? if there is a booth, is it relatively painless purchasing? (for some reason, i picture a madhouse booth, with hundreds of people going through pictures)
any tips, advice, reassuring would be appreciated
thanks
mike

Some tips:
It's possible to get it all done, but be prepared to suffer!
8x10s are in seperate booths. But you may want to find items besides 8x10s (ie figures, mags, etc). It's too late now to get stuff from ebay but there are vendors there that have stuff.

I went to the Thanksgiving '04 Fanfest, and considering they'll actually call up groups of people to the main stages, as opposed to waiting in line for EVERYONE, it will give even MORE amply opportunity to do everything else. Even the old way I still had time to experience everything. Granted, at that show there weren't any vendor-exclusive wrestlers, but you have to figure, not everyone will be going for those.
Also, I know in my case, I'll have the final schedule for those guys with me, so if there's a long line at one point for someone, say for example Paul Bearer, I know I'll be able to go back later on when it's a smaller line.
You can, and will want to, do it all.

Since there are no autograph signings on Friday afternoon, everyone should have plenty of time to get photos for Saturday's Autograph Stage. Greg

You'll be plenty busy the whole weekend, believe me! Hardly time to even eat,lol....besides getting to meet all the wrestlers & a whole lot more of them at vendor tables that I didn't even know were gonna be there, it was pretty cool to meet all the great fans!! Wish I had known someone else was going alone, a friend of mine cancelled on the trip, so I decided to not go.
