What are the best nightclubs or bars in Charlotte for people hoping to see some of the legends drinking on Friday and Saturday nights of the Fanfest 2007?

Oh, they have a bar in the Hilton lobby? Do they have a restaurant there also? If not, what restaurants do you recommend for dinner in the area near where the Fanfest will be?
