Things like this that give Independent Wrestling a Black Eye. It makes it very hard for honest promoters to run shows. Sponsors get harder to find, buildings start charging inflated deposits (to make sure they don't get stuck), people hear about a promoter ripping somebody off then they quit coming to the shows. Its a never ending cycle. I feel for you guys in Franklin, Pa. To do that on a sold show (one where the sponsor pays a flat fee for the show, which is set forth by the promotor) is as low as you can go. You definately should contact the Athletic Commission.

they dont need the athletic commission because he didnt have a promoter license. they may be abel to get him though for acting as an agent and definitely for breach of contract. it just takes one warrant.
