Anyone have some ideas on some interactive events that would be fun at the convention?
I'd like to see less Q&A sessions myself. Maybe have a panel of about 4-5 guys at a time taking questions would be better, rather than 1 guy for 2 hours.

Here's my suggestion. I went to WrestleMania 10 and 11 and attended the FanFests prior to the event. They had this interactive part of the program where the fans would sit with a star and commentate on a past match. The match calling would last 2-3 minutes and the fan would get the VHS tape to bring home watch/listen to the match they just called.
I think it would be great to commentate with the legends on old school matches. Just a suggestion.

I thought about that same thing, just don't know if Greg would be worried about copyright problems. Maybe he could work something out through Highspots, which owns the rights to a lot of stuff?

The guy that came with me to the Charlotte fan fest said that having the Q&A with a single guy was much better than having several guys. He had been to several conventions in New Jersey and they had a "panel" of guys, and ususally 1 or 2 guys got all of the attention, or "took over", while other guys sat there and said nothing. Iguess both ways have its good and bad points.

I'd love to see Jake Roberts in a Q and A
