Guys, just a word of caution. As a long time autograph collector, keep in mind that most of the older wrestling magazines were printed on very cheap paper and over time it will continue to deteriorate. I'm sure you are aware of the yellowing or fading of the inside pages. Unless you plan to store these pages "archivally" they will continue to deteriorate as the "acid" in the paper itself continues the destruction.
I still use them for general autographs, but if you have anything that you want to keep "for life" or something that is a once in a lifetime opportunity, I'd suggest a high quality photo on high quality Kodak paper. Even the best "photo" paper used in your printer only has a life of about 10 years.
Another problem is the "sheet protectors" that people use to safeguard them. The cheaper version of these potectors will actually cause damage over time unless they are "archival safe" and don't contain PVC.

Like others, I have one book that I try to have everyone sign regardless of the other stuff I get signed....sort of my bible, called:
"The Pictorial History of Wrestling : The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" (1985)
I've seen other folks carrying it around as well. Lots of pictures and a paged dedicated to each major start.

I have that same book Bobby, just started getting mine signed at the first fanfest though. I've been in the business since around 86-87 but didn't have the foresite to start getting it signed then, so I have already missed out on a few that I will never be able to get now. But hindsite is 20/20.

It's not all lost. Most craft stores (and even on Ebay) you can by a can of stray that will "neutralize the acid' in most older paper. It's not cheap, but will help "paper" items survive much longer. I am bringing some replica belts, magazines, photos. Also i am bringing a replica mask of the masked superstar that i would like to get signed. It is the red one with the black trimmings. Any suggestions if it would be best to get signed with a black, silver or blue sharpie?

I'll be bringing the 10 pounds of gold; the Flair edition NWA World Title belt, to finish getting it autographed. Last year in Fayetteville, we had it signed by the Rock n' Roll Express, Tommy Young, Magnum TA, Jimmy Garvin & Precious, Larry Zbyszko, Ivan & Nikita Koloff, Steve Corino, Mr. Wrestling II, Tully Blanchard, Ole Anderson, and JJ Dillon, Mick Foley, and several others. Was hoping to get Windham to sign it; but anyways. Hoping to get it signed by Terry Funk, Harley Race, Bret Hart, AJ Styles, Eaton, Condrey, and Cornette.

Terry Funk's book and classic Jakks figure, Jakks Snuka figure. Er...that's it so far. I need to find a Heenan figure and Styles figure, but have had no luck. A Bret figure would be nice too, but it's not in stores anymore. I would bring a Sheik figure too, but not sure he will make it with that vendor.
