Where's Tully?

I noticed his name had been taken off the fanfest site. Also, I noticed that the Friday autograph session is no longer listed. If Tully did cancel, maybe that would free up some cash to get Abdullah or Bob Armstrong. Just a thought. Either way, the lineup is great and I can't wait for fanfest.

Jeez, you guys are quick to notice things.

I just finished updating the website and headed here to post the news when I saw this post.

I received a phone call today from Tully Blanchard (who was sounding kinda rough, thanks to the flu, so I hope you get to feeling better soon, Tully,) and due to his ministry commitments, he has had to pull out of the August fanfest.

Tully and I both sincerely regret this. Tully has been a staunch supporter of fanfest since the beginning, and I hate that he won't be able to attend.

Most of you are aware that Tully is an integral part of the Bill Glass "Champions For Life" prison ministry, www.lifechampions.org. They have scheduled a weekend ministry in San Juan, Puerto Rico the same weekend in August. And at this point in his life, the ministry comes before wrestling.

I wish Tully nothing but the best, and I hope he'll be able to be with us next time.

As for "extra cash," gosh I wish I knew what that was. But, anyways, I do have another name in mind that I think everyone will be pleased with. More on that next week.
