Ricky is a great guy, and I hope he gets things straightened out. I posted a link on my site, so hopefully someone will see it, and make a big donation. Good luck, Ricky, and God Bless !

I didn't know Ricky had Lupus. I'm glad a site like this was started. I just donated $10.

As many of you know Ricky is currently jailed in Murfreesboro, TN and will not be released until we can raise $74,465 in his behalf. Ricky is not a dead beat dad, he's just a victim of adverse circumstances beyond his control. The children in question in this case are 23, 20 and 17 and the case is being prosecuted by the state of TN, not Ricky's fist wife.
$74,465 I think is a little more than just a victim of adverse circumstances beyond his control.

not to change the subject, but i think this thread is headed beyond any of our business. to much personal stuff going on, whether it be truth or speculation. i don't believe most would want too much our our own personal stuff being tossed around by others. just an opinion.

The fact that the poor child in that photo is forced to wear a mullet is good for at least 30 days behind bars. Forced mulleting is a crime and should be treated as such.

This is true. Nobody would want their own personal business to be thrown around. I've seen the Web site out there to help Ricky out and a local news article talking about the situation. Based on that info from the story, it doesn't appear Ricky will be going anywhere before Dec. 28, unless the $75,000 is paid. What really saddens me about that is that the 4-year-old will have to go through Christmas without his father. That's really sad. Like I said before, I hope this all gets worked out.

What I don't understand is why hasn't anybody said anything about the children that went without for years, even thou they are growed now, look at all those years that they went without, to me that is the "Tragedy", not POOR RICKY being in jail. I thought child support was for the children and dead beat parents need to pay-up.......

Little Kerry James is not the only child going without a father, although he seems to have been singled out because he's with Ricky so much. Kerry James has a brother and two sisters at home, and all are probably under the age of 12. All the kinds were with him the last Lenoir show.

It's not like Ricky's kids were living in a cardboard box, the wife probably got half of whatever Ricky had when they got divorced anyway. House, car, whatever.

All the kids need to be remembered here, not just this one or the three from the previous marriage involved in the case. They are all suffering.
