Does anyone here remember a wrestling show that was run / hosted by Lars Anderson? I remember as a kid in the 70's him running a show on TV in the Myrtle Beach, SC Area. I dont know where it came from or who it was associated with? HELP? How long did it last and where was it out of?

Some UHF station I was able to receive in the 1970s ran a wrestling show with Lars as promoter / wrestler, but I believe it was produced in Hawaii. I remember commercials during the show advertising the promotion's tee shirts for sale, all modeled by Polynesian ladies doing the hula under palm trees.

Yes it was on Channel 36 out of Atlanta. Lars wanted me to help train his "talent" so I did for about 2 weeks and he never gave me a dime. He's a freaking nut job. Why do you think Ole got rid of him? Anyway his show maybe lasted 2 months at best and the station pulled the plug on that because he owed them so much money and paid NO ONE. My brother sold 2000 dollars worth of ads for him and he got nothing either. If I ever see Lars again...it'll be too soon!

Lars lived in Hawaii but ran that show from Atlanta on channel 36.
