Now eveyone knows about World Wide Wrestling, Mid-Atlantic Championship wrestling/NWA Pro Wrestling, and World Championship Wrestling shows, but what about some of the other ones. I have clips of the mid-80s with shows like "Best of WCW" and "Championship wrestling" among others. Just how man shows did JCP have in their heydey not including the "well-known" ones?

Bobby,
Do you know if anyone has a copy of an east coast wrestling show? Wow...I'd love to see that, since I never saw it in the JCP days.

One of my favorites was "NWA Pro Superbouts"
They had some great exclusive matches from the arenas. My favorite being Rock N Roll Express vs Ric Flair and Lex Luger from Greensboro 6/6/87.

Tenyru was double tough but never got the push in MACW because Ole hated the Japanese wrestlers. Tenyru was a really nice guy. Ask "noodle poodle...she'll tell ya.

Oh my goodness, yes! What a great time we had at that Days Inn. I think about the good times every time I drive past it. Man, if we could only go back in time - can't believe it's been 25 years!
And as far as posting any of my memories on here, I'll plead the Fifth, and protect both of our reputations! LOL
Sure hope to make it down to MB in the next few months, and we'll have to get together and rehash memories of our younger days!

Johnny Weaver, at one time in the 1970's, hosted a wrestling show that aired on Charlotte TV (either channel 18 or 36) on Saturday nights about 10:00.
