Piper is in NWA-TNA. He was recently given some "on-air" position by Director of Authority Dusty Rhodes; and has most recently gotten involved in an angle involving Scott Hall and Hector Garza. The best thing he has done lately was the recent Piper's Pit , where he made amends with Jimmy Snuka for the infamous "coconut" incident, and they fought off Kid Kash, Michael Shane, and Frankie Kazarian.

At times in late 2003-early 2004 Piper was making appearances in Portland Wrestling, though not as an active competitor. Mostly he made rambling, sometimes nonsensical, monologues about things both inside and outside wrestling.
A personal note: I just discovered this board last night. I have lived in western Oregon for the last 3 1/2 years, but was born and raised in southwest Virginia (with brief stops in eastern Tennessee and southern West Virginia). Wrestling was a big part of my life (I attended my first live show in Salem VA in 1969 or 1970, when I was around 5 years ago). I'm glad to see there are others who enjoy talking about the great wrestling Crockett provided us through the years.

He was just inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame and had a Piper's Pit with Stone Cold at Wrestlemania 21.

Roddy Piper is set to make some appearences with the WWE as a second to Shawn Michaels in his current program, I believe this weekend.
