Some of you on here might know that I've been following the Carolina Hurricanes' run to the Stanley Cup. I've been a fan since I moved to North Carolina in 2000 -- before my loyality lied with my "hometown" Washington Capitals and with, for fun reasons, the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim.
But this has just been an unbelievable season and, now, we're just two wins away from winning the Stanley Cup.
Go CANES!!!

Tomorrow night if any of the hockey fans, from this board, are in the Raleigh area, the RBC Center will be open to view Game 3 in Edmonton. Admission is free, parking is free...and how this area has become a haven for caniacs... the place should be rocking. Probably gonna turn into a huge party win or lose as the concession stands will be open. Last time they did this for the Canes in the Stanley cup they drew 8,000 fans. I would imagine this year it will be at least that many.
GOOOOO CANES!!!

I'm there. I was a huge Ice Caps fan. I've followed this sport for years. Anyone remember the Atlanta Flames?

I won't be there tonight, due to work, but I might be there Monday night for Game 4.
My wife said they're expecting about the same tonight -- 8,000. I don't know, but I get the feeling there might be more this time around. But, then again, it is Saturday night.
