This I picked up from The Honkytonk Man's website:
Break Another Leg Randy

Randy Orton is in the doghouse. This much is clear.
As many wrestling fans are aware by now, word broke that Orton was officially suspended indefinitely by the WWE around April 4 for unprofessional conduct (allegedly verbally abusing a hotel attendant.) This suspension apparently has a 60 day minimum. Fans have since clamored on both sides of the fence in terms of whether the suspension was warranted or not.
Who is the World Heavyweight champion again? It’s funny what can overshadow the big picture these days in the former federation. Whoever the champ is, he/she has got to be fuming.
I firmly believe unprofessional conduct needs to be checked at the door, particularly the unnecessary conduct that Orton allegedly displayed at the hotel. I still cram to understand why a guy with his status needs to feel good shouting down a hotel employee in front of his girl. If an indefinite campout in the wilderness is the discipline, so be it.
I’ve heard a lot of good things about Randy, from both fans and fellow workers alike so to be fair, he could have been having a messed up day, with the attendant being at the wrong place at the wrong time. God knows, therefore I assume Mr.McMahon, Shane and HBK do as well, it could happen to anyone.
The bottom line is yes, the suspension is warranted. Many people unfamiliar with professional wrestling already harbor ignorant perceptions about the industry; incidents like these do not help anyone.
Besides, he needs to tend to his broken ankle courtesy of Mr. Angle. And if you believe that, I have some Toronto Maple Leaf playoff tickets for sale to the highest bidder.
The real question is Randy being required to perform daily penance in the heavenly O Brothers! chapel.
If so, break another leg, man. You’re gonna need it.
