Will the proceeds benefit young Children of the area that do not get the Child Support that they are to recieve to buy clothes for the winter? or will the proceeds go to Ricky Morton?

It looks to be a great line up of stars but I hope that the ICP do not make Clowns of themselves in the Tag Match (No Pun Intended). Where is Robert Gibson on the Card?

To afecw, from my understanding, Ricky is in jail because his child support wasn't paid. Basically, everyone is trying to help pay his back child support and then he'll be released. At least, that's my understanding. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. "Proceeds" is a scary word when used in conjunction with indy wrestling. There are more indy shows than not that have no proceeds. I'm not passing judgment on these folks (I certainly hope they raise a LOT of money for Ricky Morton,) but having seen how some crooked indy promoters literally JUMP at the opportunity to do a "benefit" for someone, I hope this will be different and turn out to be a HUGE fundraiser on Ricky's behalf. Good luck to the organizers and I hope everyone will support this show. |
