A. I think it looks like Masa Fuchi
D. Tony Anthony (Dirty White Boy)
E. Jeff Sword?

I agree on A as Masa Fuchi and D as Tony Anthony. B, I'm guessing, is Juan Reynosa. Not sure, but that's my guess.

D sure looks like Jeff Swords to me but then you mentioned Gene Lewis....they could be twins.

Doug and Jeff they were two good ole country boys from Kentucky.....They started in Southeastern ( Flair and Mulligans old territory) as The Desporados.....also Wane Ferris( Honky Tonk Man ) and Bobby Eaton were taggin up there too with Jimmy Holiday as their manager. We all STARVED!!...also thats where the HEBNER twins got their start....and Kevin Sullivan was the booker?

i hope you find some, it was good. my favourite stuff was the john studd-blackjack mulligan,jr feud. i'm a a big studd mark..well outside of the WWF.
